I am facing a huge problem with wordpress, i was trying to buy WordPress premium plan. when i put my card details it was giving a notification that transaction failed, try another card. so i tried another card, then also i was facing the same problem.
After some time i got a notification that purchases are disabled, please contact to re-enable purchases.
Have anyone from you faced this problem ever, if yes then how did it get solved please tell me. I would be very thankful to you.

Right now i am also on the free plan, but i want to buy premium plan so that i can have some more features to use and the most important feature of site monotization.

This sometimes happen when you subsequently switch to paid plans. Email the developers and let them know this whole problem. They will surely sort out this matter.
