HOW MUCH SLEEP SHOULD WE HAVE ACCORDING TO OUR AGE

What a life it would be if we sleep whole day like small babies and everyone will be happy for that we have slept for a whole day.
But we all know that it’s never gonna happen, i am not going to tell you any type of such thing that what should we do to sleep whole day and no one will scold us, but i am going to tell you something by which you will feel refreshed, you will not feel lazy whenever you will wake up in the morning.
Today i am going to tell you for how much time one should sleep according to their age. So let’s get started-
• For newborn baby (0-3 months)- A newborn baby should sleep for in between 14 to 17 hours a day.
• For an infant (4-11 months)- An infant should sleep for in between 12 to 15 hours a day.
• For a toddler (1-2 years)- A toddler should sleep for in between 11 to 14 hours a day.
• For a preschool child (3-5 years)- A preschool child should sleep for in between 10 to 13 hours a day.
• For a school age child (6-13 years)- A school age child should sleep for in between 9 to 11 hours a day.
• For a teenage (14-17 years)- A teenager should sleep for in between 8 to 10 hours a day.
• For a young adult (18-25 years)- A young adult should sleep for in between 7 to 9 hours a day.
• For an adult (26-64 years )- An adult should sleep for in between 7 to 9 hours a day.
• For an older adult(> 64 years)- An older adult should sleep for in between 7 to 8 hours a day.
I am damn sure if you follow this table you will never wake up stressed in the morning.
